Snap-in lid spacers are available for use with lower height leadless (LCC) packages. Those spacers reduce the height of the lid cavity to enable the lid to exert pressure on the package. The spacers are available in standard thicknesses of 16, 31, 47 and 62 mils. Thicker spacers can be made if required. |
